Here at Andana we celebrated the International Women’s Day in style, supporting a quirky Design+Technology networking evening organized by Creative Women's Network, Black Unicorn and YayStarter Marketing.
The event was hosted by a spectacular NOW Gallery in the Design District, North Greenwich, a new creative destination of London. If you haven't been there yet - you are missing out, it's impressive!
We enjoyed mingling with designers, art workers, photographers, curators and other creatives who came together to hear from the inspirational speakers - Charlotte Wilton, Chaymae Lougmani, Ekaterina Solomeina (yup, three glorious ladies!) about the way they used technology to transform their ventures.
The evening’s agenda was completed by a quiz on women’s history we secretly developed and deployed. The winning team received prizes, the exclusive Andana products - Active Tablet Stylus Pen with 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity. Now they can draw, write, annotate, illustrate and make sketches with some of the best stylus pens out there!
We also had a lucky dip winner who bagged the Smart Writing Pad compatible with iOS and Android. Andrei, the Founder of Andana presented the prizes. We are really chuffed for all our winners, well done!
The speakers also didn't go home empty-handed and some of them even put their new tech toys into action right on the spot!
